Michelle L. Christensen has extensive experience representing clients in family law matters, such as divorce, custody, child support, alimony, asset/debt distribution, modification of decrees, restraining orders, protective orders, adoptions, parental terminations, and guardianships. Michelle is also a qualified Private Guardian ad Litem, representing children in cases where abuse or neglect has been alleged or where serious disputes regarding parent time arise.
Michelle has a passion for helping her clients navigate some of the most challenging times in their lives with zealous advocacy. By providing strategic and solution-focused advice, she is able to mitigate the emotional and financial damage that family litigation can cause, allowing her clients to set a clear path to move forward.
Michelle has been voted by the members of the Utah State Bar as one of the Legal Elite attorneys in Utah.
